How does it work?

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase from Leto. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the option of returning the product.

Return conditions:

Items must be returned in the original packaging if possible.
The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. After approval you have 7 days to send the product.
The costs for return shipping are borne by the buyer.

1. Sign up

You can only report a return within the first 14 days after you have received the order. What should I mention in the email: – Reason – Order number – Name / address details as visible on order. Please ensure that you return the product in its original condition/packaging.

2. Packing

Pack your items. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Instruction:

Pack the package exactly as you received it.
Make sure that the package is packaged in such a way that it arrives at Leto BV undamaged.
Print the packing slip and include it with the return shipment.
Stick the return label over the old shipping label.

3. Send

Deliver the package to a Postal location. Please keep the receipt until we have processed the return. You are responsible for shipping and therefore ensuring that the return package arrives to us correctly! We cannot accept any responsibility if your package has not been registered correctly and has not arrived with us.

4. Refund

After receiving your return shipment, we will check the products for any damage and/or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days via the original payment method.

Please note: Pack the item carefully and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. Make sure the package is securely packed and sealed. You are legally obliged to handle the product with care to prevent damage. Leto reserves the right to recover damages to products caused by inadequate packaging. This means that if the product is used, we will be forced to charge additional costs. If you have any questions about our returns policy, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you!
