Can I test the product first?
When you purchase an item via the Leto webshop, you can test the product at home so that you can assess its characteristics and operation. For example in the case of the Air7: you can switch on the airstyler and test it on your hair.

When can I expect my order?
Every day we ship all orders that arrive before 11:59 PM. Your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days with PostNL or DHL.
My package has not yet been delivered, what now?
The package may have been delayed by the carrier. We therefore advise you to first take a good look at the Track & Trace code. This indicates the status of the delivery. If you have not received the package 2 days after the indicated delivery date, please contact info@letostyling.nl
How many days do I have to return my order?
At Leto you have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Make sure that you return the product undamaged/unused and with the original packaging. Please keep the return receipt until we have processed the return.

Within what period will my return be processed?
After receiving your return shipment, we will check the products for any damage and/or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 5 working days via the original payment method.
